Information used by the website
Singh Academy may store account details such as your name and email address, sign-in activity, course enrollments, progress, submitted learning answers, certificates, membership dates and billing records.
Payments
Card or PayPal account details are handled by the selected payment provider. The Academy website stores provider-confirmed payment references and receipt information needed for access and account records.
Uploads
If you upload an assignment file or a payment screenshot, it is associated with your account and the relevant lesson or payment record so authorized Academy staff can review it.
Administration and security
Authorized administrators can access the records required to manage students, subscriptions, course completion, certificates and website operations. Security logs and sessions are used to protect portal access.
